Being at home with the kids affords me the benefit of not having to look presentable by a certain hour each morning, and I'd be lying if I said there were never days when getting dressed simply meant changing from pajama pants to yoga pants. But these days, our kids are a little bit older, they're all sleeping through the night (except the odd bad dream - I'm that bad mom who reads the Bible to her kids, and now they're all afraid of Goliath! LOL #cantwin), and I'm finding I need to get out of the house every day or I feel blah.
Enter, the moto leggings, from ROOLEE. These leggings are so comfy! They're really thick material (no lines!) and stretchy enough to go up or down a size so they'll fit perfectly no matter what. I'm wearing a medium here. And that coffee cup is empty.
I had such a hard time deciding on a colour. The dark blue and black were obvious choices, but I already have jeans in those shades so went with the olive green. New neutral? It was easy enough to pair with this long striped top from H&M or dress it up a bit with a black tunic (shhhh- it's actually an old maternity dress with a vintage belt!)
I could actually do yoga in the moto leggings, but they're so thick, they don't feel like leggings. I say this as a firm believer in the leggings are not pants movement. Even so, I like them best under a long top or short dress.

I'm celebrating the timely return of high wasted mom jeans like most other postpartum ladies, but let's be honest, they are not winning any comfort contest. I love that I can play trains with my kids, run around at the park, curl
up on the couch, or go out to dinner with my hubs, all in the same
pants!
Mom lottery won.
