INDEED!
It just feels like a title like that needs to be followed up with some extreme affirmation.
We are SO blessed.
To anyone new, I'm not just having a good day, I'm referring to the arrival (8 days early!) of our baby girl, Lily Catherine.

I've been blogging at {The Baby Bump Blog} since September 2009, in anticipation for what God would or wouldn't give us. Everything was uncertain, and I suppose will always be, even with Lily's arrival. I found blogging helped me process what was happening at the time - trying for a baby, deciding "are we ready!?", getting pregnant, the symptoms and experiences along the way, and finally HER.
Lily. Ah, just saying her name melts my heart :)

Anyway, blogging was a great outlet for that and now that there's no more baby bump, I didn't want to stop. It's been weird not blogging nearly every day like I used to. Something about crying babies and lack of sleep plus several visitors daily makes that hard, and just less important in the grand scheme of being a Mom and Life. But I am back, as precious Lily sleeps (AGAIN! She slept 5 hours straight last night. Thank.You.Jesus) and I stumble away from her presence to do some non-Mom/Lily things that don't include breastfeeding or diaper changing.
Such as... ordering Lily's Birth Announcement!
Wait, did I just say I was doing a non-Mom/Lily thing since she's sleeping? Lies. All lies. I guess nothing really is a non-Mom/Lily thing now that God's given me a daughter and a new role as a mom. Sort of like how I'm never not a wife just because I'm away from Brad, or not a child of God when I'm not reading the Bible or in prayer. It is something that will now define me. Beautiful.

But back on track!
In Parents or Today's Parents or some magazine I read recently (who knows, they're all SUPER similar and often give advice I don't really agree with and advertise baby products I can't afford but they seem to be THE gift to give a pregnant lady and I am a lover of gifts and always the heart behind them, so I HAVE enjoyed them though I wouldn't subscribe) there was a 10% off coupon for Tiny Prints.

They do birth announcements, Christmas cards, etc. Trouble is, you can't combine coupons and there was also one for free shipping (about $10 to Canada) but after doing the math, on a big order like 200 announcements (hello big families!) the 10% off is larger.
ARE YOU DOING BIRTH ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR YOUR UPCOMING BABE?
WERE YOU THINKING ABOUT DOING THEM FOR YOUR RECENT BUNDLE?
