I made this the other night for Jess and Brad and we all loved it!
The key is in the sauce though, I marinated two tenderloins but had all the sauce the first night so when Brad and I had the next tenderloin without the sauce later it wasn't as yummy.
MAKE EXTRA SAUCE!
Marinade/Sauce:
2 tb veg oil
2 tb soy
4 tb lime juice (2 limes)
4 ts ginger
4 cloves garlic
splash Tabasco
bunch of cilantro
1 cup chicken stock

2 tb veg oil

4 ts ginger

bunch of cilantro
1 cup chicken stock
- Marinade 2 pork tenderloins in a plastic bag for at least 20 minutes.
- Take out the tenderloins and put them on a medium/low BBQ for 11 minutes each side
- While the tenderloins are cooking, take the leftover marinade, add 1 ts cornstarch (or more if desired consistency isn't reached), and thicken on the stove for a few minutes.
Serve sliced in discs with sauce on top... YUM.
